After the stormy Saturday the meteorologist predicts another raining and wavy day-but I had a feeling that they going to missed it again.
Small seabass
Well-it was windy, but the wave was small enough to work from inshore with overall so I thought it will be worth to try the new strike pro top water lure upon the sea bass; another reason to work with top water (strike pro walking stick) was the low water visibility - remains from the stormy Saturday.
1 mile ‘casting walk’ along the shore produced a ‘curiosity following’ of small sea bass shoal (about 10 items) and five minutes later, a strike of 5/8 pound small sea bass.
All the action occurred in one 5 ft depth-50 yards long sandy spot, between two shallow wave breaks.
The small seabass released gently and I was hoping he will send Mom and Dad to check the unsespected mullet that suddenly pull him out of water- but unfortunately the parents didn’t appear today.
